MX777 Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

01 Introduction

Welcome to MX777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player", "you") and MX777 ("the platform", "we", "us") governing your use of all services available through mx777.onl, including but not limited to the game lobby, live casino, slots, crash games and the mobile app.

By creating an account on MX777, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not register an account or use the platform.

02 Eligibility

• Your account must not have been previously closed, suspended or banned by MX777 for any breach of these Terms.

MX777 reserves the right to request verification of your age and identity at any point. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, your account may be restricted or closed pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) MX777 account only. Duplicate accounts registered under the same name, address, payment method, device or IP address are not allowed and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and payment information. Providing false or misleading information at registration, or failing to update your details when they change, is a breach of these Terms.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree not to share your username or password with any third party. MX777 will not be responsible for any losses incurred through unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by someone else, contact MX777 support immediately. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication, which is available as an optional setting in your account security panel.

Account Verification (KYC)

MX777 may request identity verification documents at any stage of your account use, including but not limited to before processing a withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address may also be requested. Accounts that do not complete verification within the requested timeframe may be restricted from withdrawals until the process is complete.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits to your MX777 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast instant bank transfer, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks, and supported mobile wallet services.

Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. In general, minimum deposits start from PKR 500. There is no upper limit on deposits, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.

Processing Times

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited to your MX777 balance within a few minutes of payment confirmation. Raast and bank transfers may take up to a few hours depending on the sending institution's processing schedule. Card transactions are generally credited within minutes.

Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that funds deposited to your MX777 account belong to you and are not the proceeds of any unlawful activity. MX777 is not responsible for any charges, fees or restrictions applied by your bank or payment provider in connection with a deposit transaction.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. If the original deposit method cannot receive funds, alternative arrangements may be made subject to identity verification. All withdrawals are issued in PKR.

Processing Timeframes

Withdrawal processing times depend on your VIP tier. Standard accounts are processed within 24 hours of the request. Silver VIP members receive 12-hour processing, Gold members 6-hour processing, and Platinum members receive same-day settlement. These timeframes apply from the point at which the withdrawal passes the platform's internal review, not from the time of request submission.

Minimum Withdrawal Amount

The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. Requests below this threshold will not be processed. There are no platform fees on withdrawals — the full amount requested is transferred to your chosen payment account. Your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees separately.

Verification Before Withdrawal

MX777 may request identity verification before releasing a withdrawal. This is standard practice and applies to all accounts, not only those flagged for review. Providing the required documentation promptly will ensure your withdrawal is not delayed unnecessarily.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

MX777 may offer bonuses, cashback promotions, deposit matches and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published with each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are issued to the account they were claimed on and cannot be transferred to another account.
• Each promotion has an individual expiry date. Bonuses not used within the stated period will be removed from the account automatically.
• MX777 reserves the right to withdraw or amend any bonus at any time where there is reason to believe the offer is being misused or exploited.
• Bonus terms — including wagering requirements where applicable — will be clearly stated in the individual promotion details. No bonus on MX777 carries hidden conditions beyond those published.
• Players who are found to be opening multiple accounts specifically to claim bonuses will have all accounts suspended and any bonus winnings forfeited.

VIP Cashback

VIP tier cashback on MX777 is issued without wagering requirements on the returned amount. The cashback rate applicable to your current tier and the calculation period are stated in the VIP programme terms. Cashback is calculated on net losses within the applicable period and credited to your account balance automatically.

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a break from the platform for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During a cooling-off, your account remains open but no deposits or bets can be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel you need to stop using the platform entirely. This cannot be reversed.

• Multiple accounts have been opened by the same individual.
• Chargebacks have been initiated against legitimate transactions without valid grounds.
• The account is being used in a manner that causes or risks harm to the platform, other players or third parties.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player will be notified where this is appropriate and will not prejudice the investigation. If the account is ultimately closed following a confirmed breach, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Genuine account balances resulting from legitimate play will be reviewed and handled in accordance with our internal procedures.

Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting MX777 support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 working days.

10 Privacy and Data

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request a copy of the data we hold about you or request its deletion by contacting support, subject to applicable retention obligations.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the MX777 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces and software — is the property of MX777 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use MX777 intellectual property outside of the normal use of the platform as a registered player.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any MX777 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of MX777 brand assets or platform content may result in account suspension and legal action.

12 Limitation of Liability

MX777 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, error or technical issues. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may affect access from time to time.

To the maximum extent permitted, MX777 will not be liable for:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Indirect, consequential or economic losses of any kind in connection with use of the platform.
• Loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to take reasonable security precautions.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

13 Changes to These Terms

MX777 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. We may also notify registered players via email or in-platform notification where changes are significant.

Your continued use of the MX777 platform after the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you disagree with a material change, you should stop using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 9.
